Since many of these components have crucial roles in vehicle safety and function, Datwyler makes significant investments in producing millions of O-rings with zero defects. Whether it is high-precision geometry, residual flash, deformation, or any other surface defect, we regard a zero defect production as crucial to the manufacture process.
That high level of quality control is achieved through 100% camera inspection and automation, with each O-ring examined for a range of defects.
