Datwyler expands its O-ring production capacity with new molding machines in China and Mexico

New molding machines are being installed in China and Mexico, employing the latest injection molding technology to produce high-quality elastomer components for various applications such as battery thermal management, power electronics, sensors, electric braking, and driveline systems.

The addition of these machines in Silao, Mexico, and Ningguo, China, expands Datwyler's manufacturing and development network, which already includes locations in Switzerland, Korea, the USA, and Italy. Alongside production expansion, Datwyler is developing new coating solutions for O-Rings to enhance both production efficiency and application effectiveness.
