Dr. Ondrej Kysilka, Senior Material Developer at Datwyler, specializes in rubber compounds for thermal barrier and cell materials. With a PhD in organic synthesis from the University of Glasgow, he transitioned from pharmaceuticals to polymers, joining Datwyler in 2019. Now, his expertise drives operations at Datwyler's plant in Novy Bydzov, Czech Republic.
